Read: 546MB/s

With RAPID technology enabled:
RAPID technology uses RAM as a cache. Considering RAM is super fast, and together with the SSD, brings incredible speed
Read: 6390MB/s
Write: 4885MB/s
Startup time from laptop button press (including the Fujitsu logo boot screen) to desktop: 11 seconds
Startup time from laptop (removing the time taken for Fujitsu logo boot screen) to desktop: < 8 seconds
Speed ~ 10x faster than my HDD
Once the laptop is booted up, and the desktop is shown. I can immediately click any application to have it open almost instantly. I've tried it with Chrome, My Computer (ultra fast < 0.5 second) and Steam
Laptop also have a 640GB HDD (It is internal HDD, just in case you are wondering)
Means the entire laptop can be carried around without any additional bulk or wires
Recorded based on Windows 8.1 x64 Update 1 with Microsoft Office installed
Microsoft Office took less than a minute to install. I tried copying a 800MB file around my SSD, was able to copy it instantly without the Copy dialog showing
Windows able to start up without the loading wheel (It is just too fast for the loading wheel to show)
Incredibly impressed with the performance of the SSD

All my files are still there. Optimizing SSD basically just runs the TRIM command on my SSD, which is being handled by the Samsung Magician Software
I have 8GB of RAM and using RAPID brings my RAM usage from around 19% to over 50%

You can be as certain as you ever will be that decisions that you make now will be the right ones. You should also pay very close attention to financial developments and expenditure.
Considering the current situation that I'm in, I think it makes much sense. WTF? Just bought one SSD and I'm warned to keep a look out for my financial expenditures. Hahaha

It is already 1 month since I started my PTP. One more month till my BMT and then another two more months until I POP. I still didn't manage to pass my IPPT. I just cannot pass some of the stations :(
Bought a Belkin lightning cable about two weeks ago, and finally got delivered. According to my voltage/current meter, it charges as fast as Apple's lightning cable. Looks like I've found a cable which is 1/5 the price of the original but charges as fast. I still cannot verify the authenticity of the cable, but it charges fast. I'm buying a few more of the cable to bring it to camp and use.

I'm transferring some movies to my phone to watch on my way to Pasir Ris tonight. So it is actually two movies per week? :P I took a sample screen record on my phone, and was thinking to upload it here. The file is over 1GB and exceeds the limit set by Weebly. Therefore, I'm unable to do so. I'm finally able to record my phone's screen with audio and rotation support :)
As for my Dota 2, I think I've made huge progress in the game. I no longer feed as often and can play much much better than before (a month ago). I didn't manage to win my daily hero for Compendium as Slark. Tried twice but lost twice, bad luck.

Ever since I started NS, I realized that I cannot sleep late at night anymore. These few days, I tried sleeping late at night. It was really bad as my eyes start to close once the time past 10pm. Still, I slept at 3am yesterday!

Watched Dawn of the Planet of the Apes with 2 friends, then went to Tiong Bahru to have some porridge. Was playing Dota 2. I still haven't completed my 10 heroes in Compendium :( Hopefully I will be able to complete it before the Compendium ends.
I'm lazy but I'll probably be going out tomorrow before I book in at night
Bought a new SSD for my laptop, the Samsung 840 EVO 250GB SSD. Saw it at a incredibly low price on Qoo10, so I bought it without much hesitation. Next week when I book out, I will install the SSD and take it for a spin on my laptop. Can't wait!
I should NOT be booking out next Friday as there's RT next week. Will book out on a Saturday instead... :(
